These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of richmounts.com and the services provided by Rich Mounts & More ("Rich Mounts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Our services

Rich Mounts provides TV mounting, ceiling fan installation, furniture assembly, shelf installation, and related home installation services in Orlando and Central Florida. Quotes given on this website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the job differs from what was described — for example, wall type, access, or additional hardware.

Booking, scheduling and cancellations

• Requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed when we confirm it directly with you.
• Please give us as much notice as possible to reschedule or cancel. Repeated missed appointments may result in us declining future work.
• You are responsible for making the work area accessible and for ensuring someone 18 or older is present during the appointment.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Prices quoted do not include applicable taxes unless stated.

Your property and site conditions

You confirm that you own the property or have permission to authorize the work. You are responsible for telling us about anything behind the wall or in the work area that we could not reasonably be expected to know about — including wiring, plumbing, gas lines, and structural conditions. We take care to work safely, but we are not responsible for damage arising from concealed conditions we were not told about.

Workmanship

We stand behind our installations. If something we installed fails because of our workmanship, contact us and we will make it right. This does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, product defects, or normal wear. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and hardware are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.

Text messaging terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Rich Mounts related to your service, and where you have agreed, promotional messages.
